Hes a great prof and very intelligent. You do need a cup of coffee before his class to really understand the lecture because its so rich and can get complicated if you dont pay attention.

Very nice man. Very smart man. Was excited to take this class - but ended up not being a great experience and prob. will never take a Theology with him again. You will do fairly well if you tell him what he wants to hear. Felt I was quite biblically knowledgeable but it would seem he did not agree.

Duggan is good but is at times hard to understand. He marks really hard and when asking him to clarify he does it in a very confusing way. There's a lot of work for the class that is introductory. I don't think I'll be taking any more Theo after this! Oh and he gave most of us the same topics for our Essays so finding books has been awful!

Phenomenal professor. One of the brightest men I have ever heard give a lecture. He has a complex maze of lecturing which makes for the listener to possess an analytical mind and connect dotes himself. But once you complete that process you shall become enlightened by a man that is very wise indeed and at the prime of his intellectual career.

Dr. Duggan is one of the kindest men I have ever met. He will go the extra mile for every student. However I would advise tryin to take his DAY class! The night class had people audting the course and I felt they "took over the class". Hes a very hard marker, so take the time to go see him if you have questions. Sometimes lecture was hard to follow

While Theo201 was a requirement rather than something I would have chosen, I found Dr.Duggan to be one of the wisest people I have ever met. He is an excellent Professor and one I would suggest without reservation.

Awesome guy, genuinely interested in his students and learns everyone's name He might not be the easiest marker, but he's so intelligent and friendly that, in my opinion, it would be very hard not to enjoy his classes

Wonderful class, wonderful man. I cannot imagine anyone having anything bad to say about Dr. Duggan. Helpful, clear, kind, and always ends the class with some comforting thought or thought-provoking idea. Absolutely beautiful human being.

I had this instructor when I used to attend St. Mary's, he is the reason I am pursuing a Religious studies degree, he is the smartest professor I have ever had, and not to mention a great human being. He is so appreciative of the Religion he is teaching. I took Pauline Theology with him, Theo 201, Western 201, and Eastern 203 all were awesome.

Awesome prof, I took a lot out of the class, especially with the projects we had to do. I went to a Hindu Temple and a Taoist Temple for his class. I never would have otherwise, but it was a great experience!
