Michelle Ingram is an AMAZING professor. If we go by late 90s/early 2000s standards she's actually quite lenient, the era without cell phones. She's only strict on cell phone and attendance, other than that she's very useful and helpful!

Let me preface this by saying I failed this course. With that said, I would 100% take another course instructed by Dr. Ingram. You have to be willing to dedicate a lot of time to studying outside of the classroom but that's because she really wants her students comprehending the subject. If you work hard you pass, if you don't you wont.

she's the most difficult teacher I had in my life! she thinks everybody knows how to solve the problem so she does't explain clearly sometimes and she gave quiz each class!!!and your grade is based on the tests and quizzes. she does give homework as extra credit so do it and they are really helpful.

Do your homework, study hard, pay attention to the smallest of details. Hardest teacher Ive ever had, but I applied myself and learned more than any other class. If your goals are high, this class is a taste of hardships that you will encounter down the line, so take it now. If your goal is to get by, then avoid it.

Tests have nothing to do with hw/lecture.. Drop lowest grade?Lol Fair? Lol Organized? Lol10^9. Grade based on tests. The ex prob she does before lecture is same as the single example thoroughly shown in the book. U MUST ASK THE PERSON NEXT 2 U 4 HELP BE4 HER. read that last sentence again. If I had2 take her class or die, I hope my coffin is nice.

She's entitled. She's got a phd in math so that makes her think that anyone who doesn't get it is an idiot. In my class, everyone but two people is failing the class and over half dropped, she didn't care. Everyone was trying and studying but she assumed nobody cared and didn't want to help us. She focuses and grades minor details that don't matter

What they say about this professor is so true. Her grading criteria need to be revamped quizzes are worth 50% of your grade, hw is optional, and she deduct points so much its hard to pass her class. Also so many ppl dropped her class now its only a few left. Choose different teacher

One of the hardest classes I have ever taken, so many people drop her class and only a few stayed behind. She makes the class harder then it need to be her hw is optionable, quiz daily, and expect so much she needs to be reminded not everyone knows their math so well and get mad when asked to explain the question. DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS.

I dont wan't to call her professor because she doesnt act or teach like one . Her way of explaining math was terrible and she relied on students to teach each other rather than her explaining herself. She refuses to help students with questions because according to her we all should be able to know every little detail she says.

Her class is tough but her lectures are great, as long as you pay attention you should be fine. There is no hw assigned but she still encourages you to practice problems on your own time. She makes everyone work together to try to solve harder problems. She's a hilarious teacher who seems very caring. I don't think she deserves her rating.

Do not by any means take this teacher. The worst/hardest class I have had by far. Has no hw, based on daily quizzes, and exams have questions that have not been discussed . Extremely tough grader. She will dock you for every single step you dont include without telling you she will. Didnt give work back for first 12 weeks of class! save ur self!

Hardest class I've taken in my life. It has been quite a few years since I've taken a math course however. But I studied every night for at least a few hours. . I hired 2 tutors so help me in the off time. I learned almost nothing during class, the only things I did learn was on my own time. We did not use the book at all.

Seems like she enjoys making the class harder than it should be. She doesnt really like to answer questions. Honestly there is no point in how hard she grades because it just seems like she is just dying to take points off any little thing. I contested her giving me a zero on a correct answer and her answer was sometimes life isnt fair.

Be prepared to study many hours everyday. She does not give mandatory homework, her class is based on tests. I would say take her class if you're a strong math person because many drop her class.

She is very hard on how she grades, but doesn't help with the homework or follow he book. The homework is from the book, so how are you to learn, when she is teaching . I didn't like her methods. My other Profs or Drs. are more caring and really want to see you succeeded. This was a very stressful experience.

She is so picky and not funny, she wants everything done her way. Youll have a lot of quizzes and she wants you to learn on your own. Took the class again with another professor and I got an A dont twke this class unless you want to teach yourself

Shes a good teacher, however her grading is absolutely strict. She will take points off for missing a step when you show your work, or when you solve it in a way she does not like. Almost everyday there is a quiz, so these missed points can really atack up and affect you. Please avoid her at all costs

VERY hard Grader, you will never get an A, even if you are very smart. You know why? Because she is so unfair about everything you write and does not accept any other way.
