Very easy A as long as you do the extra credit!! (She gives SEVERAL extra credit opportunities) Had her as a professor for two different psych classes two semesters in a row and received an A both times. The tests are hard but most of the information comes from the book so actually take the time to read it and you will do fine.

Tests were difficult. She gives extra credit opportunities, and some assignments that are fairly easy as long as you try. I really enjoyed her class. I would take a class with her again.

She's a great professor! She gives extra credit opportunities and wants you to do well! As long as you go to class and do your work you should be okay! She's a great grader!! I would easily take another one of her classes again! She can be funny during most of her lectures! She has the class cracking up with some of the stories she shares!

Do not waste your time taking her online course. Very little guidance and very confusing. Extremely vague discussions to post in, and pointless busy work. Wish I didn't enroll in this one.

She was a very nice and bubbly teacher. You have to study very hard for her tests, but overall if I were allowed to get an A+ in a college class I would have in this class, but since there is no such thing as an A+ I got an A. She uses powerpoints very often. I did have her fall 2010 and have heard that things have changed and are harder now

test's very hard. Its mainly based on the textbook. instead of notes taken in class. the class's test score avg was like a 50 or so. However, she let you do extra credits to raise up your grades. Even with very low test grades, I ended up with a B-. As long as you do the extra credits, you wont fail, but getting an A in her class is not easy..

I did not like this teacher at all. Her tests were absolutely ridiculous. I studied my butt off and just got in the 70's.She isn't understanding and the way she grades is very frustrating. I have gotten perfect scores on the essays and it doesn't even matter because her tests are graded with so many more points. I don't recommend this class.

Had the worst prof. ever & was recommended to Pam You must take notes follow power points and listen to her examples She's very very fair and reasonable her material is factual informative interesting bare bones & what you need to know Her expectations are very very fair Her class isn't for the brain dead but she's THE BEST & will make you think!

If you do the extra credit the class is pretty easy, but it requires some effort. Lectures were kind of boring and she didn't answer questions very well, but she did make it very easy to learn a lot of content pretty easily. If you do all the assignments, you'll get an A or close to it as long as you don't totally fail the tests (which are hard).

Good but bad teacher. She is all over the place extremely unorganized. If you like a teacher who makes fun of people then this is the teacher for you. I will never take a class from her again!!! Pros - She gives a lot of extra credit and gives full tests back so you can see what you got wrong.

Are u an ESL or DSO student that is ashame of people following you around as interperaters or notetakers.I recommend you take this class. I am an ESL and probably a DSO student, I end up with an 'A' without anybody following me around.I couldn't afford buying the text book. All I did was study her notes and do all her assignments, sound sweet ahn?

Pretty hard professor...tests are really hard, but she offers a lot of extra credit (ex. im getting 102 pts. extra credit) and I'm barely pulling an A. She grades on a point system, so it isn't horribly hard to get an A, but it is difficult. You really have to try, and try hard.

I took psy of Disabilities, and it was the best course I have ever taken there. Her notes are very to the point, and the theories are not difficult to understand, she puts them in very easy terms. Just go to class, the papers are easy and memorize the notes, A+!

I just wanted to set the record straight - people - the correct terminology is DEAF - but her hearing DISability does not affect her teaching ABILITY. Show up for class, take the lecture notes from the powerpoints, study the exam study guides, do the 4 short opinion written assignments and optional paper, and there is no reason you can't get an A
