She cares about her students a lot. She attempts to make whats dull interesting and trys to give you teaching strategies for the future. Be sure to read the book or at least open it for quizes. Overall a pretty good class.

Comment:

Matlock can be funny and quite motherly at times. Though the class did not entire hold my attention, Matlock tried to keep it. There are quizzes on canvas. READ THE BOOK! She tells you exactly what will be on the final. She cares very much about her students and that's what I loved about her!

She is one of the greatest teachers at MSU. At first i was like a quiz every week, but she makes it so so so interesting. Theres never a dull moment and she truely cares about each on of her students and helps reach her goals. I hope I have her again!

Matlock is a great teacher. Class is actually sorta interesting. Not too hard, but there is a lot of busy work though. Shouldn't be too difficult for anyone to get an A or B in this class.

She is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of her subject and her students. No lienancy given in grading. Class remains very interesting with guest speakers. Course is well worth your time and effort!
