Comment:

Pros: interesting lectures, high grading on papers and projects, currently works in a related field Cons: Tests were heavy vocab and specific wording from the book, despite being told that wasn't a main factor in grading as long as you understood the concepts. SCANTRON tests. I would recommend researching other available Profs for this course.

Mark. Admin. class. This class was cut to a half-semester for the first time when I took it, so this might not be the most relevant review. Super nice and smart guy, tells great stories. Provides PPT slides from the book, which cover most of the test, so the book isn't really needed. Attendance not required. Overall pretty good prof.

Lectures are fairly ineresting. Test questions are tricky - study the text. Essay questions are detailed. Not too difficult of a class, you can learn a lot about marketing, and come out with an A if you study.

Comment:

One of the best at UH. His knowledge and sense of humore make classes very interesting. You come to class because you like it, not because you have to. Project is fun. Tests are fairly hard and require lots of reading. Overall, this is a great professor.

Interesting lecturer, knows his stuff. Tests come almost entirely from textbook and the questions chosen can be challenging. Therefore lots of reading required (nearly entire textbook). Project to design a new product was informative and fun.

good lecturer, class is pretty easy... though i did very well on all the exams ended up with an avg of 92 in class with no curve and got an A-... most courses have some curve and would have gotten an A...

Lectures entertaining/informative. Notes highlight areas in book to study, if it isn't discussed in class it isn't on the test. Tests are not hard, but are comprehensive, essay are thorough. Class is not hare, but you have to put in the time to get an A.
