Peter is a friendly guy. Has fair expectations. Make sure you ask him what he expects for assignments at the beginning of the class. If you dont you will score low on your assignments. Exam is based more towards commentary of the course than the textbook.

Comment:

This guy is subpar. He is helpful in that he will attempt to explain himself, but he babbles on and is super unclear about his expectations. If you have a different viewpoint from his own be prepared for a mediocre/bad grade and long arguments defending your points; as even in the face of sound logic he stands by his limited worldview.

Comment:

The tutor marks assignments the way he wants to with no consistency, no clear objectives and in my cass no marks for some work. I completed the first assignment with many deductions. I put in an extra amount of work for the second and only 50% of it was marked!!! I decided to withdraw and wrote a letter of complaint. Big disappointment!

Comment:

Really nice to deal with- both through email and on the phone. The assignments were a little tough, but the final was very reasonable. The main focus of the exam is on the handouts, not the text, which was a relief. Enjoyed this class.
