He was a great professor. He is fair and expectes you to be an adult and take responsibility for your education. He deserves ALOT more respect than he recieves. If you are open minded you will especially enjoy his class. He has seen and experienced alot more of the world than any college freshman I know. Take him,he is good! Not a hard class!

A nice guy w/ a really easy class. There are Quizzes, tests, and a class project, but they're all easy. Offers extra credit to, so there's no reason not to get an A. Class can definitely be boring at times and drag, so be warned. He has an accent, so it can be difficult to understand him at times, but it's not unbearable. Overall an okay teacher.

He is a very nice guy on a personal level but this class drove me nuts. I would often leave class not learning anything because I could not understand him. He uses the word "uh" a ridiculous amount of times in a short period which irritated me. This class is very very easy but I'm not sure if it's worth the boredom that you have to go through in cl

Kovagrik views, some could consider useless. Total deucer.Incomprehention for two hours a week is somewhat worth the it from a comedic point of view, his dialect mishaps are histarical,SUCK ASS! Mind you Korvagrik will drop you, At the drop of a HAT on a power trip!

Nicest guy ever, sometimes funny too... he has an accent so sometimes it's hard to keep focus but most of the time he talks about really interesting current events. He's one of the smartest men you'll ever meet. He gives only quizzes (really easy) and a final. GOV ISNT MY THING BUT THIS CLASS WAS EASY.

Learned a lot in this class, he did get me more interested in politics and what's going on in the world. Really nice guy, very funny but sometimes you get lost when it comes to knowing what you're suppose to be doing. Would definitely take him again!

Really nice guy! Won't hesitate to stay after class and talk to you about anything you need help with. Accent was a little hard to understand at first, but you get used to it. Wasn't interested in gov prior to class, but now I'm a lot more interested and actually watch the news! Very funny and upbeat guy!! Recommend him for sure.

He can be funny at times; the class is very boring though. if you don't know anything about govt. be prepared to teach yourself. he is very liberal and pushes his opinions alot, talking about healthcare in his class was a nightmare. DONT buy the book, it's so expensive and you never use it. he's ok- wished i had a more interesting teacher.

I agree with many people who commented on him, he is extremely liberal and makes comments sometimes that people dont like, he also has an accent and I had an extremely hard time understanding him, he doesnt teach you anything about government, so I hope you already know the basics, and dont buy the book its a waste of money I didnt use it once...

I debated a lot of views with him as he is liberal and I am conservative, but enjoyed every second of it. If you know gov. then you won't learn much. You won't use the textbook so don't waste the money. I got a 94 in his class. His classes can be really fun if the class interacts, my class was a blast. I recommend his class to all.

He is a good teacher to take if you want an easy A. He has an accent, which is pretty hard to understand. Many people didn't like him because he is so liberal and socialistic. You will not learn hardly anything in this class and it is very boring, but I liked Professor Koverik bc he is a nice person, even though I didn't agree w/ his viewpoints!

Um, yeah. Do NOT take this class. Yes, it is true. Te class is very easy and all of the quizzes and all of the final questions are take home, but he does not teach government. He teaches socialism, and pushes his opinion on you.

He is hard to understand and boring as heck. Sit in the back and sleep or laugh at the dumb movies. However his homework is easy. 3 or 4 papers and 3 or 4 multiple choice tests. Easy A and good class to take to get a nap. He grades easy & I never bought the book because we never used it.
