I found the class very enjoyable. Come to class, participate, when doing presentations I recommend using power point. The paper was only five page minimum. Do this and you will get no lower than an A-.

Not very helpful and no office hours. Gets frustrated if you ask questions or to repeat himself. Rushed through the material and often said "read the chapter" instead of teaching the concept. Only taught to half of the class (the students who "got it").

Easy class, talks alot but hes pretty cool and you can basically do what u want as long as ur quiet and pay attention every now and then. 1 book to read and a 5 page paper, a presentation & write up of it and that all. no midterm nor final.

Real easy professor. All you have to do is 2 presentations based on the assigned book and a 5 page paper. THAT IT! Also, be prepared to answer questions when presenting. He loves interrupting people and taking the whole presentation over.

Ok...if your english is pretty good and you can do a simple presentation aaand you can write a paper...there is no way you are not getting an A in this class!! He is a nice guy (a little boring and he sometimes trails off when hes talking)...but he only gives like 3 assignments -and they are so e-z...this class was a breeze!!

Do not believe what you see. He seems to be nice, but he isn̢۪t. He talks too much about things that have nothing to do with the subject. You have the choice of taking this class with another professor do it.

He is very demanding and very lazy when he has to grade the paper. Sometimes it takes him 2 or 3 week to tell you your grade. Do not expect that is going to help you at all. Finally he talks too much about things that have nothing to with the class.

I had Professor Mendelsohn for math and he wasn't bad. His classes are kind of boring and he bases his entire grade on four exams so my advice is to study alot before each test

This professor is a nice person, he knows a lot about his subject. But he really loves his own voice. If you want to talk, you'll have to wait until he finishes his ramblings and after other people who interrupt finish talking. You'll have your hand up for 30 mins. Maybe it was because we had one annoying guy in the class who wouldn't stop talking.

He mainly teaches math and computer courses, but he also taught this one. He's easygoing and very fair, and always up for discussion. Explains concepts with very good examples that help you understand almost immediately.
