Dr. Pierson is the best! As a person, he cares deeply for individuals. He gives the class all assignments at the beginning of the semester, so each student is able to work ahead as he pleases. The assignments are hard, but not sickly so, and he makes you work for an A. However, gaining an A is so gratifying!

One of the most easy going professors I've ever had. A lot of papers but he's pretty easy going on paper, he doesn't want to fail you. Constantly offers extra credit to help. As long as you let him know you're not coming to class he's okay with it.

One of the worst professors I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I followed his sample papers and APA formatting guide, but every time he said I wasn't using APA correctly. Couldn't tell me what I did wrong either. Extremely arrogant and has a "holier than thou" attitude.

By far my favorite professor I've ever taken. Easily the funniest teacher I've ever had, he made me want to come to class because he was so funny, literally gives you the test to study from, gives out extra credit when you need it, brilliant guy and helpful if you ask.
