Professor Riester is great. Kind of a laid back personality, but at the same time makes class very enjoyable and has a good sense of humor. He ties in his teachings with his work experience so he has many stories! VERY easy going, pretty much wants his students to get As. Quizzes can be taken 3 times and tests 2. Just show up to class, youll be ok

Really easy to understand. Everything is basicaly online (like his quizes and tests). Because his quizes and tests are online, you can just use your book and he doesn't care (he knows everyone is doing it anyways...) You don't even have to pay attention in class, but he does expect you to be there.

Excellent teacher! I learned so much that I still remember some of his lessons. He is funny and very considerate. His syllabus is designed to produce an A grade, which made weekly expectations clear and straightforward from day one. I would take his class over again.

I took over summer online. After the exam I got a 77%. If you don't get a 100% on his quizzes you get a 0% but he gives you 3 attempts. It still made me mad.You have a discussion & quiz for each chapter and sometimes a written assignment. They are not too difficult. As long as you show effort he'll give you an A on them. 3 extra credit assigns too.

He is one of the best instructors I've ever had. Very challenging and thought provoking. You must use your mind in this class or you will not get his time in return. I took the class on-line and received an A. He said hardly anyone got the A. I worked very hard for it and he made it worth my time! :) A++

Professor Riester is the best teach I have had so far. I have been enrolled in college for 3 years. He is funny, passive but at the same time DOES prepare you for what you need to know on test. If you take him in class it is definitely a lecture so be ready and TAKE NOTES on the power points. But he is awesome and I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend him.

i highly recommend this professor!! he is funny and entertaining while relating stories from his clinical experiences. keeps the classes interesting. you have to do the work, but not its not hard if you pay attention and take notes. i would definitely take another of his classes without hesitation. excellent professor!!

I liked my online Psych class with Professor Riester. It was a very straight forward class. 2 exams, weekly postings and weekly fairly simple asssignments. I think if someone did all their work they would definately get an A. I got a 75 on one exam and a 79 on the other and still got a solid B. I would recommend this class just do the work.

Awesome Dr. One of the most interesting and enjoyable people you will ever meet. His assignments were easy, and all you had to do to pass his tests was study. Anyone who failed was probably plain dumb or not paying attention and sleeping and should not belong in college at all. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Riester was great! I took his online class for the spring, and I retained much of what I learned. The book is very helpful and necessary for the midterm and final, which were not easy. He has a good sense of humor and graded assignments promptly. He also interacted with the online class discussions. I truly enjoyed his class!

Dr.Reister is not your normal "Dr.". He is a very easy-going middle aged guy with the attitude of a freelance hippie. I never had a class that I didnt laugh in. He loves to throw in sexual comments randomly. Everything is powerpoints on the OH, no books, no homework! 9 SUPER EASY quizes, 2 easy papers, and 4 somewhat difficult tests. Study! -Malize

Not an easy A. I received a B and I had to study a lot! Tests can be very tricky if you do not study. Does grade with a curve though. 9 short easy quizes will bring your grade up along with the 2 papers. But study for the 4 tests or will fail. No final which is good. Overall a nice, pleasant DR., like a shrink you would want to spill your guts to..
