Macro - Horrible teacher, doesn't supply the info you need. Race card on grades on group projects... How isn the heck could your team member on the very same paper, make 15 points more than you?? Thats ridiculous and when brought to his attention, he didn't change a thing.

VERY nice professor, there are some perks to taking his class. !) Get with the right group, exam one is with your group, exam 2 is take home, final you are on your own so do a study group before hand. The research paper can be done in a group also. The information is challenging as I'm not the Econ type but he answers any question you may have.

funny, fair, helpful, attendance isnt mandatory, but you get credit for it. He has make-believe countries (Treviland and Treviwoods). You wont regret this class. If you are willing to stay awake in class, you'll pass and learn.

Dr.Trevino is by far the best econ professor I've had, makes class fun and intresting. I loved his class and recomend him highly, but do attend class if you plan on passing bc his test come from his lecture. Also do his ICE (in class essay) he doesnt really grade them. But they are just like the test. TAke him, you wont regret it!! I made an A

My favorite professor!!! He's funny too! Late classes never stay the whole time. In Class Exams (ICE's) are done each class, but he gives answers at the end (doesn't actually grade them). All exam questions come from ICE's so study those!! ICE grades + attendance + super easy 3 pg paper + 2 exams (lowest score dropped) + final = Easiest A EVER!!

Trevino was a really great professor. His online tests are very easy, and open book. He makes the in-class test seem intimidating but if you pay attention in class and complete his study guides then it's a breeze. The only problem is that his tests have a time limit. The paper is also very easy.

Take this class. I work full time and took four classes this semester, while taking both ECON 2301 and 02 with Trevino. He's a great professor and very helpful. He is always available via email and phone. Take him, you will learn a lot in this class. Just study the graphs because they are on the test all the time. DO NOT TAKE ANYONE ELSE BUT HIM.

class isnt entirely easy,a lot of info.tries to tell jokes, some are funny, but it gets in the way of class time.he doesnt do his own exams they are through pearson. some of the questions on the exam are just so random and not always what we went over in class. just know the material. hes a smart as* when u ask questions. knows the subject

Yes, he is a great prof and teaches VERY well. He's funny and makes class interesting. This class is not simple though. I work full-time and took 3 classes (incl this one) and I barely passed the tests (including ONLINE!). Maybe I had a lot to handle but it was a reg semester. If you dont get Econ, then study because you're in for a ride.

NEVER TAKE THIS PROF! I saw some good and bad ratings on the prof and just felt that students got a bad grade. They wanted to bash on this prof. He is not helpful if you email him he will email you back something smart. He will always thinkg he is right. He misplace one of my papers and had the nerve to say I didn't turn it in. He found it.

I enjoyed his class. I found it to be easy, and I had to take General Econ 3 times before getting a C at another University! So needless to say I was really worried about this class. To my surprise Dr. Trevino explains everything in a way that makes something I thought to not make any sense, very easy to understand. I am taking him for Micro!

Prof Trevino is a good teacher. Theres a lot of info put on yout o understand. Its really up to you if you wanna learn it. Class can move fast at times and his jokes arent the funnisest and can get in your way of learning at times. Wish he would give better and more realistic examples. But overall prof is alright.

The tests are hard compair to the ICE( review). You need to know everything not just what shows in class. Meaning if he shows how to calculate nominal GDP, that will be on test for sure but he will ask you question from back to front so like he will ask for percentage and not give 50% of info, so you have get the answer. Bottom line study all the way, review more than the ICE. Google for more info on topics. Don't miss class, ask questions and get ready to listen to boring jokes and examples. GL

His jokes are very laim it gets lil anoyinh sometimes. His test are made by the evil test doer that's what he calls the test maker meaning he doesn't make the test. He teaches the basic of macro so it's easy to understand but every example is very immature. This guy has a PhD I would expect some smart examples. Not a bad teacher but if you find someone better pick them if non than he is good.
