Dr. Baker is THE best professor I had at Chesapeake College the 2 years I attended. I would love to take another class with him. He is fun, caring, inspirational and great teacher. If you needed help, even if it had nothing to do with class, he was ALWAYS there for you. Overall amazing person, not just a professor but someone to look up to!

Class was great! Working out was good and his expectations were clear. There was a midterm and final...just make sure you copy everything off the board, you will be fine! Fill in your daily record and he'll help you if you NEED it. He is a mentor, not just a professor!

Excellent! Perfect class for first time students whether you're dual-enrollment, traditional, or non-traditional. Class is fun and informative. Dr. Baker is respectful and expects the same from students. Directs students to the right place when they need help whether it's with mental health or writing skills. Love Dr. Baker!!

As long as you do not get on his bad side, you are ok. If you do, you should drop the class and try a different teacher. His knowledge is limited in the subject. If you get on his bad side, he will not help you at ALL!! It almost seems as though he does this on purpose and very unprofessional.

DO NOT get on his bad side. He'll answer any question you have, his own kind of way. He always has a story for everything, keeps the class paying attention with his jokes. His tests are basically your notes, no need for a book. MAKE SURE you take good notes. Attendance is a must! He notices if your not there.

Dr. Baker is an exceptional teacher! Attendance is not optional in his class; he makes it very clear that he has never missed a day and neither should you. Take good notes, pay close attention, and you will do fine. Highly recommended.

Ed is my favorite professor! He makes learning fun and explains everything clearly. I had him for weight training and he had two tests, the midterm and the final. They were decent but make sure you study. Make sure you sign up for his classes as soon as possible because usually they are filled quick.

i took all 3 of his classes... weight training is alot of fun put the pink sheets are kinda hard ..but over all i thought all of his classes are good and you can learn alot by him!.... dont call him (Baker) if you wanna get extra creidit wear pink shirts he loves pink lol ...oh and put a steelers helmet on your presentations rather your in wellness
