Would not recommend. It was my first year in College and I'm usually good in math but, she wasn't clear on when homework was due. She always confused me, I talked to her about dropping but she just told me to stay in it maybe for her better since everyone else was dropping out as well.

Comment:

At least for this semester, her statistics class emphasized group work and individual over midterms and exams. Her grading criteria was a little hazy especially on the final group project. My group covered every aspect that was asked for in the group handout but we still scored below. For the most part this is a self-taught class!

Comment:

Pisa is nice, but I wouldn't recommend her online class. She tries to be helpful, but you're on your own when it comes to passing the tests. No study guide for tests, you have to use the online math resources, not knowing what you're getting into. These web math programs do the education system no justice, finding a teacher who teaches is advised.

I love Professor Pisa! Best Math teacher I have ever had. She is funny and has a great personality. I have always hated math but she made it understandable. She was always willing to help... Take her if you want to understand math better.

Pisa is a nice person, but I do not like her taching method. i got a C, I was lost for some of the material. Later I got an A in math 35 with a dif. prof. That means Pisa's teaching method isn't that great!!!!!!

I returned to school after a 10 yr. break and if wasn't for Professor Pisa I would have never passed math. Very helpful and approachable. I took the hybrid class & I absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend her. If you want to learn she is definately the one to take.

I'm already petrified of taking any math class. Nice teacher. The book is already difficult and she doesn't explain it any better. The tests are NOT multiple choice, so you either know it or you don't. She really is a nice lady, just don't take her class.

she is vey cool, but when it comes to test for get it!! the practice test are totally different compared to the reall test and froget the online class with the 36 lab hours. she is very hard!!!!!she gave me a D when i did all my work. the test is what is going to hurt you, trust me!!!!!! Afzal is even better can u bealive that?!!!!!!!!!!!

Mrs. Sheila is a very good algebra teacher. I took other teachers for this class but with her I really understood. I learned a lot and reacieved a B in teh class. Although she may be stubborn in accepting late work, you can still make it up in other assignments. I recommend her for those who are bad in mad.

she is like totally hard. She just needs more examples in her notes. She is a nice person, just her tests are confusing and her notes are terrible. Don't take her,but she is a good tutor...you can go to her for help, but it's just her class is hard.

Don't take her...trust me..her tests will kill you..and her teaching skills are terrible. Don't take her at all. A majority of my class is not recieving an A...the highest grade is a C, so don't take her.

Ms Pisa is a nice teacher. The only bad thing about her is that she copies the examples of the book on the board, instead of going thru the actual problems that are assigned. To me that's a sign of lazyness and now willing to take on harder problems.

I enjoyed this teacher tremondously. She is always willing to help her students. She reminds me of a caring mom making sure that you pass her class. Wants to see everyone succeed.
