Shubho is one of the greatest professors I have had in my life. This man is so smart and passionate about physics that he makes you be truly engaged in the topic. His lectures are amazing. Everyone loves him. His class though can be tough due to the material. Definitely recommend taking him.

Comment:

Shubho is the most amazing professor I have ever had! He encouraged me to major in Physics, he is super sweet, and always available to help. He not only cares about how students are doing in his class, but he also cares about how they are overall and really makes an effort to get to know them (especially his advisees and physics majors)

Professor Shubho is the best, literally. Make it a goal to go to office hours because he is so invested in his students and their success. He honestly just wants to have fun and engaging and rewarding lectures. As long as you do and understand the homework and understand the conceptual questions in class, you will be fine. Shubho is the goat.

Banerjee is the light of my life! He is the most wonderful professor and human. He is so so accessible and kind and attentive and anyone who doesn't love him isn't human. Even if you aren't into physics, take Banerjee!! I could not give him a higher recommendation. He will make your day every time without fail.

Shubho is so far my favorite teacher I have ever had. His lectures are thorough, easy to follow, and cover every piece of information you will need. I never opened my textbook in his class and made an A on every exam. He is hilarious and cares so much about his students. Take his class.

I would not be a successful Physics major without Professor Banerjee. He is one of the kindest and most genuine individuals Ive met . The material in upper level courses is often difficult, but he goes above and beyond to help students understand. I go to him for questions constantly, even for classes he isn't currently teaching. Always helpful.

Hands down the best professor I've had at Rhodes. He is quite literally always in his office, even at 1am, and his door is always open to his students. He genuinely cares for his students and their success and is willing to help with anything, even non-class related matters. Everyone needs to take a class with professor Banerjee.

I LOVE Banerjee. He is the most caring professor. I struggled with the material (mostly tests) and his explanations but managed a B. Numerous people say it is the hardest class at Rhodes. I went to his office constantly and he was always nice and extremely helpful. He is very interested in his students' lives and makes accommodations when needed.

Shubho is one of if not the best professor at Rhodes. He wants you to understand the material and is always willing to help. He lectures are clear and well organized. My favorite professor by far. Makes class fun by always having in-class demonstrations, and being funny. VERY helpful, and easier than Middleton by far. He also teaches better.
