Schindel is passionate about her students and her field. She expects alot but only because she knows what the real world is like. She used to work in the criminal justice system and doesn't put up with crap. She offers grace when needed and never fails to make her students smile. I have learned more from her than any other professor I've had.

She knows her material and really knows her field. However, she also is very difficult when it comes to talking her one on one situations and holds things over you. I didn't get the sense that she was happy in her field. She was a difficult person to work with and I do not think she should be teaching.

Stephanie Schindel is one of the best professors here at Geneva! She genuinely interested in how her students do and she will answer any questions you have. I can also tell that she is very strong in her faith. And she is filled with a lot of wisdom!

I love taking Schindel's classes, she is one of the nicest people i have ever met and is extremely knowledgeable in the fields that she teaches. in almost every class she teaches she brings in at least one guest speaker and they are all incredible, i highly recommend you take a class from her.
