He comes off as this cool teacher but he is really not. He doesn't relate to other majors and I learned nothing in this class that I can take into my future career. The book is repetitive and boring. The cases used in the class are pointless. The other comments are right about tests and the paper.

He was pretty cool teacher. It was an open discussion class. The textbook is given to you free since he wrote it, which is nice. 3 tests and a group case paper. Not difficult. Just read the text and powerpoints and you will do well

Took him for services marketing. Didn't get a great deal out of the class, but no problems with the prof.
