Mr. Minton is a very good man. He is always so nice and he is a really good teacher. His tests are open book and he always explains everything thoroughly. I would recommend him to everyone, even if you are not interested in the political world.

Very caring, nice, & approachable. He has health problems & misses class a lot or is 5-45 min late. His tests are open book when he misses and he does not use book but relies on outlines & own knowledge. He uses a point system with 400 for tests & 100 for HW. Lets class out early (up to an hour in night classes). Says the word "quote" a lot. Easy!!

Had him for ITV class(which can suck especially when there's tech problems). But he's a good teacher and is able to explain it in a way that you can understand. Good man. Even though it may be ITV class take this one. Not too hard and you learn alot.
