I took her for Greek & Roman for summer and The renaissance for fall. Both classes were super easy and boring. If you are not interested in the class, take this. 3 papers (focus on your grammar) 3 Tests (25 matching, 1 essay, 3 extra c questions)- (Essay can be done at home for practice she gives you the essay question in advance) EASY A.

Super easy. She's not the best at lectures, goes off track, googles images in class and it's a little out there. But she's genuinely sweet and you don't need the lectures. She wrote the textbook so read the chapter, ace the test.

Professor McNair is a kind hearted, knowledgable individual who truly enjoys what she does and cares about helping her students succeed. I just wish the students were more mature, because often they were rude. I will miss her dearly.

First, I am an accounting major, so any HUM review I give will be spun negatively. Prof McNair is an extremely nice, fair, and intelligent professor. The class is pretty straight forward, 3HW(1-2pg essay) 3Tests(25MC/1essay). She wrote the book,and took most of the pics, she knows what she's talking about. Tends to go off on tangents though. Easy A

Excellent professor! Textbook written by her, so you know you're not wasting your time reading it. Very interesting stuff! Extremely helpful and flexible professor. Light workload; keep up with reading and short summaries every couple of weeks. She makes the class interesting and fun, regardless of whether you were previously interested in history!

SHE IS AWESOME! Very talkative and down to earth. We use her own published book in class with 6 chapters. Assessment papers at the end of each chapter. Only 3 tests: multiple choice and a essay but she gives you a sneak peek of the essay so you have ideas of what to write about! Your final is just like the rest of your normal tests. TAKE HER!

I absolutely loved this class! Professor McNair kept the class interesting by pulling up pictures of the topics on google and by interjecting neat little tidbit facts. There were only two 1500word papers, 3 tests and the final. She was a very fast grader and had our grades by the next class meet. If you love history I highly recommend her class!

This class is very easy, as long as you pay even a little bit of attention. I didn't study for her tests because I could sort of just remember from the notes I took. A LOT OF NOTE TAKING. Easy papers. When I thought I'd done poorly on a test, I'd get back an A. She is very nice, sometimes a little disorganized in her thoughts. DONT GET THE BOOK

Asian Humanities;this fall was her first semester teaching it so im sure she will be more put together in the spring. there are 5, 1 page essays every test. and two 1500 word essays during the semester but she is an easy grader. class is gordon rule. i suggest using wide ruled paper for the tests, she doesnt mind. they sell it in the bookstore

Very good teacher. Very easy grading just take lots of notes. Class actually is pretty interesting (20th Century Humanities) had no interest when I first took it but ended up liking it. A+ for teaching!

Professor McNair is sweet, helpful, sometimes a little nuts, and extremely well-versed in her subject matter. Her exams are difficult, so take lots of notes! She is my favorite professor in terms of dedication, passion about her subject, and I think she is extremely entertaining!

A plus is that shes an easy grader but dont believe her when she says she will give a long review before a test! We had to write a comparison essay on 2 books and she didnt go over them until after we turned in the papers. be ready for A LOT of notes. I took my laptop and typed it, makes it much easier since she likes to backtrack and add more info

This teacher is a complete joke. She spends most of the class time googling images and when she does lecture she goes way to fast and isn't clear on some subjects because she goes off track. She also lets students lecture class. A waste of money and time.

Extremely easy teacher. 3 tests-2papers-1final. Not an English teacher, she commented "YES!" on my paper when I put down "in conclusion." Take her she's very sweet and she knows what shes talking about. Only downfall is that she knows soo much that she rambles on and on.

late roman and medivial. Awesome teacher. very into the whole you're in college so you ocme to class and do what you need to do or not. No textbook, shes writting her own. so take notes. Lots of movies, a lot of people left after the first part of class (all day class once a week). Movies are boring at times. try her shes great.
