This class was ridiculous, just jibber jabber. I took notes and tried hard and got a C. She's not a good professor. Textbook, lecture notes and tests are like 3 different entities-totally incongruous. She teaches this class like it's your major and if you don't know it, you'll suck at life. Don't take her.

Her class should be listed as honors or advanced, because it is not an introductory college economics course. You must purchase the online Aplia class for over $50, which only comes with an e-book. There're many weekly quizzes and research paper type discussion questions. Her English isn't the greatest and is very fragmented.

You better know everything about economics before you take this class! I took it online. She did provide study guides but rarely was anything in the study guide on the test. They were a waist of time. If you did not agree with her opinion in the discussion boards she took points off your grade. Inflexible with schedule.

THE WORST TEACHER I HAVE EVER TAKEN!!!!!!! Please, PLEASE don't ever take this teacher! she seriously gets her kicks out of making her students fail. She's horribly disorganized, is completely inflexible, acts like everyone must understand economics or is stupid or not trying. I tried to get her to help me, she ignores me or tells me "try harder"

By far the worst teacher I have had in my 2 years at Mesa. She's intelligent, however disorganized and there is a major communication barrier. I studied so hard and the test still threw me. I'm on the deans list making straight A's and I made my first F on one of her exams. Do not reccommend this teacher!!

She will not try to feed you with definitions, but she will teach you principles of economics so you can understand it in depht and use it in your own life. She should not be teaching at all. Her tests do not cover anything that was discussed in lecture. She gives a lot of extra credit. She is totally disorganized and she lost one of my extra credit reports. Her tests are confusing and she doesnt take the time to go over any questions. Her accent is difficult to understand. AVOID!!

Dr. Kulkarni is a very experienced and knowledgeable teacher. I am very surprised to read the other ratings as I found her class very easy and informative. If you want to take an economics class to understand what economics is, and meanwhile get a good grade I would recommend it.

Easy A, she gives plenty of examples, and handouts with test problems, explains concepts several times, lots of oppotunity for extra credit, 3x5 card allowed on tests, she has a accent but easy to understand.

She is a very nice teacher and thouroughly explains student questions. Her tests are very easy and she offers a ton of extra credit. Has an accent, and da bit disorganized as she lost my extra credit and misgraded me, but an overall good teacher.

The worst prof at mesa! Doesnt teach! Her tests are not like the lecture notes at all! If you want to learn something, dont take her. She has a heavy accent so its very difficult to understand what she is saying.
