Keep in mind that Calculus IS a hard topic and a professor can't make the difficulty disappear. That being said, Prof. Hill is a great professor who always makes time for her students, regardless if its convenient for her own self. Stay on top of the work, especially if you have a heavy courseload. Good Luck.

WOW...What can I say about Prof.Hill??...Well for starters she is truly an excellent Profesor...you just have to make time to go and ask questons and see her in her office...Pro Hill is willing to help those who truly want to pass the class. Even though at times she can go fast you just have to ask LOTS of questions. I Simply Love her!!!!.

beware of the other comments on this page. she might have been the best 2 yrs ago, but shes lost it. comes late to class everyday and is always rushing thru topics. very vague when anwering questions. she is the only teacher which uses the precal software which is time consuming and unhelpful. did well in her class only because of tutoring

She's really friendly and funny but she isn't prepared. She comes to class and teaches out of the book. She is more interested in getting the answer not how to get it. She always comes late to class. If you have her as a professor you better have a lot of time to study on your own.

Very patient, pleasant, and approachable professor. She could not explain things any easier than she already has. Increases my interest and appreciation for statistics and probability!! Gives very good reviews before exams. Do her reviews and she will be a pro in this class!

I was afraid of Math. AFRAID! Stats. and Probability? - Did I mention FEAR? Then I took Prof. Hill. She taught me Math in such a way that I started to LOOK FORWARD to Math classes. I started to LIKE Math. The best Math teacher - no, not just at York! but of all math teachers!!!!
