This class was fairly easy yet very knowledgeable and interesting. It's a good amount of essays that we had to do but it was nothing that wasn't doable. You obviously do have to read in order to pass since it was an online class. I really enjoyed her class.

Comment:

Definitely recommended! Took her hybrid nutrition class and it was super easy. All the tests are online and open anything (powerpoint, internet, book, notes, etc.). Make sure to do the discussions and other online assignments because they add up. Overall, very knowledgable and interesting professor who managed to make a 7AM class entertaining.

Comment:

I loved taking nutrition with this professor. She is one of the easiest teachers I have taken so far. She does require you to buy a book thats about $90.00, but with that book comes alot of helpful notes for lectures. All the quizes are online, which you take at home as well as the final. Not much homework, mainly discussions on canvas.

Comment:

Prof. Pacheco is very nice. Her syllabus is clear as is her grading. I missed class alot and was late all the time because it was 7am but as long as you review the slides and book you should be able to pass the quiz and final. Definitely glad I took her class and you will be too. Learned some useful info as well. She also offers extra credit.

Comment:

Relies on pp but it was an easy class. It was interesting to learn about nutrition and honestly this class made me have a better diet. I would recommend this professor because she is caring and for an online class it was very easy. Discussions are due Thursdays and assignments are due Sunday. I basically found the whole final online.

Prof relies on powerpoint a lot but she is always being interactive so it doesn't get too boring. The assignments are very easy, all that is required is some effort and you can get a good grade. Tests are not too hard, just use the book. My only gripe is that she made her own book which you have to buy to access a certain website and assignment.

She wrote the book and currently works in the hospital. Her teaching is intergrated among other subjects and full of clinically related cases to share. Inspiring, caring, and passionate professor, highly recommend. Buy the new b book with the code so you can do your assignment easily (Wellnutri assignment weights a lot overall)

Quite informative. Cool documentaries. She's kinda hot. WAAAAYYYY TOO EARLY. She's pretty funny. Material's easy to grasp. Tests are pretty easy. Reports are pretty easy. Just make sure you can go to class. I got a B cause I had 8 or 10 absences but an A in everything else. Hahaha. I guess I'm glad she didn't fail me or drop me. =)

She is GREAT! very helpful and all the lectures cover the exams. I love her class never missed one of her classes and all my exams were in the high 80's. Take this class you won't regret it... you'll learn a lot of things and it's fun. Pacheco is one of the best professors' at PCC!!!!!! love that class.

Look I'll be honest, microbiology is a hard class, I'm still dreaming with this fc$&&$microbes but If you listen 2 da lectures and MANAGE ur time ull b ok...
