Comment:
Tough professor, kinda condescending in his email replies, you better remember everything you learned for quizzes or timer will kill you, if for some reason you fail his quizzes or DB's make sure to excel in the large projects, miss any large assignment and you are better off taking a W and trying again. Challenging but would not do it again.

The class is hard but Dr. A does his best to break it down so you understand it. Take this class on campus if you can. If you're having trouble reach out to him, he wants you to succeed. I don't understand his negative reviews, he's one of my favorite professors at UNCP.

Albrecht really relies on the student to teach themselves. His lectures are pre-recorded and often times do not make sense. He gives off the impression that he does not want to tech this class. He is difficult to reach, he boasts about not having a cell phone. This was a tough class if you do not do well with teaching yourself. Glad its over......

Comment:
Dr. Albrecht is a good teacher, but fell very far behind the syllabus in lectures while keeping tests on the same schedule. As a result, we took two tests based purely on reading rather than lectures. This is fine for me, but a lot of people didn't like it, so it's something to think about. If you're bad at math, you might want to avoid this class.

He is probably one of the most intelligent professors teaching at UNCP. I took his class and didn't think it was easy, it was in fact a difficult class, but the perspectives I learned will be valuable throughout my coming career.

This guy sucks as a Teacher and he should think about stop teaching. He should start working for a PR firm of no importance. He doesn't need to work for the government because he is incompetent and unsuitable for advising government officals on public policy. State governments, the national government and Universities stay clear of this loser.

Albrecht is a great teacher. Public Policy had alot of math, so i didn't do as well as i wanted. I still liked the class. I loved analyzing current events and policies. If it weren't for the fact that i suck at math, i definitely would have done better.

He taught our class as if we were all in grad school. Also every test we took over 60% of the class made f's. There were no a's or b's all semester.

Dr. Albrecht was a great professor. I wish I was a poli sci major so I could take more of his classes! I really enjoyed his lectures and looked forward to getting up for his early-morning class, even on Fridays! Pay attention during his study guide though. I would definitely reccomend him.

Dr. A is very knowledgeable about economics and very excited about teaching it. He is however somewhat of a hard nose. Wants you to think the way he thinks which is sometimes difficult.
