Horrace is a fun cat. He spends some class time on tangents, but they're entertaining, and he makes sure the necessary material gets covered. He clearly knows his subject, and cares about his students. He encourages group work and use of TAs which helps develop a community within the class.

He's charismatic, but reads from his notes and doesn't explain things because "he doesn't feel like it." I walked out of his class(es) way more confused than I was when I studied on my own. One of the most disappointing experiences for me at this school.
