I wouldnt go on to say he is the worse teacher. He does however ramble about random stuff and it is somewhat hard to understand what hes talking about at times. He is funny and makes class intersting. Best thing to do is come to class and read the chapters. I got a B but i didnt study as much as i should have. Not impossible to get an A

Avoid this teacher if possible! This class would not be so bad if the tests were on the material he wont over in class. I studied my butt off in this class and the hightest grade in test that I made was an 86 and that was only because he added 10 extra points. Class discussions are interesting but nothing he goes over is on the test. AVOID HIM

Worst teacher ever. I love how he is liberal and very democratic and he has good view but when it comes to teaching terrible. He gave us six chapters for a test when he only really went over three of them. He teaches directly out of the book and just makes me furious. He emailed us the day before a tests and expects us to teach orselves? Dont take!

Tests come straight from notes, so you have to go to class. Don't really need the book. I studied hard and came out with a B+ He grades hard but is a nice man. Will help if you go to office hours.

This is the worst teacher I have ever had! He rambles on during class and makes you memorize a lot of information that is not even on the test! He uses standardized tests, so good luck studying for it, because the questions will not come from the book or the notes. Also his attendence policy is that its an absence whether its excused or not.

Do not take this guys class. He is extremely liberal, and everything he teaches is biased. He rambles on and on during class, and does not teach material very well. The only grades in his class are one of four tests, so if you screw up on one of them, you're screwed for the rest of the semester. I recommend you take someone else.

He strays off subject a lot talking about fish and wildlife. He grades fairly hard and his tests, at least for summer school, where 20 questions, all essay. You definatly learn the material from the studying you do, but the class is boring and you have a lot of case studies.

he has enormous amount of information, however is a little disorganized. helpful in explaining the issues and assisting students with their problems. provides study guides for his exams and is fair grading papers. not an easy A, but with enough works become easy to earn his respect and a good grade that you deserve.

Unfair; scatterbrained; does not follow syllabus; short tempered; no help on preparing for his tests - lied to our class... said the final would NOT be comprehensive, but it was. We started out with over 30 students, ended up with 7.

great teacher! very knowledgable about politics. strongly liberal, hates bush lol. he tells you exactly what will be on the test and even oraly quizes (not for a grade)his students on the material from the last lecture at the beginning of each class... that helps! AWESOME MAN!

well if you are a liberal-enviromentalist then you will love him. He hates Bush and he makes that known. The test are fair, and will curve if necessary. He is very knowledgeable about politics especially enviromental policies. He is a nice guy though, but you do have to study!

Great professor! If you come to class and get the study guide before each test you're sure to do good! He rambles sometimes but he's funny. If you're a democrat he's your man!
