Comment:

Qin was one of the best math professors I have ever had. His lectures were very clear and organized. Lots of examples every class and he knows how to answer student's questions. Study your class notes and you will do great on the three midterms. However, he surprised us and made our final extremely hard, so study a lot. He makes the class easy!

Comment:

Professor Qin is by far the best math professor I've had yet! He is very nice and always thanks someone who answers a question. The dynamic of my class was awesome and we all had some laughs over the semester. He teaches the content well and clearly answers questions. His tests can be hard, but if you pay attention in class you'll be fine!

An absolutely phenomenal math teacher. His lectures were long and moved quickly, but every ten minutes or so, he asks "Any questions?" Web Assign homework due every week, pretty difficult but if you could do the homework, the tests would be extremely easy for you because they were much easier than the homework. Had a funny sense of humor, too.

Great teacher. Very interested in student learning. Explains things very well. Exam are very strait forward, all problems just like examples from class. No surprises on exams. Very easy for such a high level math class.

The best math teacher I've had in a LONG time. His english isn't the best, but he writes everything on the board. Even tells jokes when the material gets really hard.
