By far the worst professor I've encountered thus far. The material is all over the place and so misleading. Grading was intense and at times she will award you a 0. She doesn't respond to emails promptly. Grading system is so HORRENDOUS! The final exam was a typing exam and so confusing and difficult.

She is the worse professor I have taken at Lamar. This class made no sense, she did not do her job right in teaching her student to understand what critical thinking it and what it was all about . Her grading system was horrible and will not respond to her emails at the end.

Comment:

Had her for critical thinking class online and it was horrible. Almost everything is graded by a rubric and the assignment is not clear and confusing. Same thing with the exam. She vaguely tell you what to study on the exam as a study guide, but it is pointless because the exam is complete different and hard. The assignment she give is stressful!

First few exams are hard, but they get easier towards the end of the semester. Dr. M is a fantastic professor. Lectures are super interesting. She gives countless extra credit opportunities. Although, HW and exams are hard. Exam content comes from her lectures not from the book. Pay attention in class! She likes participation & does call on ppl.

Mulvaney is one of the best professors I've had in college. She is really nice but educating and knows her stuff. Makes class interesting and really easy class if you attend for the most part. The online game that you have to pay for sucks but other than that its a great class. Extra credit opportunities available often.

By far my hardest class this semester. Takes a lot of time to finish the assignments and learn for the exams. But if you keep attention, you will make an A, because she also gives extra credit. If you want to have an easy class, probably not the best choice.

This class is super hard. A lot of reading materials. Tons of materials on BB. Tests usually cover several chapters at once! (Text book required) However, she gives lots of extra credits opportunities. So make sure to take advantage of that!

Dr. Mulvaney is a very nice teacher. She is patient and always cites real-life cases which makes it interesting. She puts a lot of info on BB and offers extra credit. The class is NOT difficult. Pay attention and you will be fine. If you can't take her, get Dr. Cavallier

Honestly the worst class I've ever taken. If you don't just absolutely love reading long boring chapters don't take this class. Her reviews are terrible and her test are so hard. Nothing she gives you or tells you to study for is ever on the test. DON'T TAKE THIS CLASS!

She is very nice and helpful but if you do not read every painfully long chapter in the book she goes over then some of the test questions will be challenging. does not give very good reviews before the tests and you are left wondering what will be on the test after covering so much content. made a low B in the class

I love her! She's super helpful but you must keep up in order to do well on her tests and do extra credit that she offers because true/false, multiple choice, and matching questions are confusing sometimes so anything helps! She gives lots of examples to help you understand the concepts :) got an A

Take Dr. Mulvaney!!! She is by far on of the best professors at Lamar University. Her class is a cake walk but you will learn. She makes herself readily available if you need help with anything. Final at the end was comprehensive but very easy . Once again, TAKE HER CLASS, you won't be sorry.

Took her for both 1370 and 3310. She is a great teacher, makes this otherwise boring subject really fun and great. One of the best teachers at Lamar in my opinion. Test are over her notes some case studies in the book.

She is a wonderful teacher. I made sure to take her for both BULW classes that I had to take. Shes very clear (except her notes on the board at times..she likes to use arrows a LOT) and she is available outside of class when needed.

Okay, so going into this class I thought it was going to be pretty easy, from all the comments people have wrote on here. But it was probably the hardest class I've taken so far, but I studied my butt off, and got an A. She is extremely fair, good teacher, but still a hard class.. Requires a ton of studying for an A!!
