After 64 credits, this is my first non-A class. He's funny, which is the only bonus. Very tough grader, skips material, get frustrated easily. Tests & quizzes are insanely hard. I never figured out how to study for him! Better start studying on day 1 for lab practicals. Take him if you have to, but get ready to work.

This teacher is very complicated. His tests are super hard and you feel like you never saw the information before test day. His lectures are interesting. His syllabus is not current. He does not post your scores on Atlas. Students with a chemistry background will do good. I would take chemistry first or brush up.

Tries to joke, but not funny so if you get annoyed easily...run! Inappropriate time wasting subjects are topics that find their way into lecture time, he calls on students at random and has no qualms about embarrassing shy students, which is a detriment to the trust between teacher/student. Accent can be hard to understand and also point of view...

Prepare to study. You will have quiz every class and lab. Professor is very good - explains everything well, cares about students understanding the lecture and asks questions to keep you thinking. If you will need the class in your professional life - he will teach you well. Highly recommend! Little corky, but that doesn't matter. Education does.

He is one of the best teachers I have ever had. It is so engaging, kind, funny, and intelligent. Absolutely awesome! Don't listen to anyone else-- if you read the chapters and review your notes, you'll do just fine (as is true in any college class).

He is a very, very hard teacher!!! There is a lot of information thrown at you, but the labs are fun!!! I struggled through the whole time... but if you do your work and show up for classes, he helps you out in the end. He passed me with a C and i know with my test grades i didnt deserve it.

Kept you awake in class. He explains everything if you pay attention and take good notes. Do all homework, turn in on time, and do not skip class or lab!!! It makes a HUGE difference in your grade!!! I never did real well on his test, but got out of there with a "B"!!! Do your best, he will notice it. :)
