Very smart and knows what she is talking about! Does care about helping students reach their potential. Can be a tough grader but gives you the grade you deserve. Make sure to actually put effort into your work or she will know you half assed it. She gives a lot of feedback and is understanding of individual aesthetic.

Everyone thought the class was going to be easy. It was for the first half. However, towards the end no one knew what they were supposed to do. Everyone I talked felt unfairly graded in the end. We were blindsided.

This lady has an extremely sharp mind. She's very quick to understand what you are trying to do in a project, and even quicker to offer up good suggestions for it. There's absolutely no half-assing work here; don't expect to slap together something last minute and get away with it. Must take if you care at all about your work/process.

She is really one of the kindest professors I have ever had. She is gentle and helpful. She is extremely smart and it shows in her vocabulary alone. I hope to have more classes with her in the future. She is without a doubt, The Best.

i'm still in the class now, but so far she is the best teacher i've had at NP. she is really smart and knows what she's talking about, plus she's really laid back and easy to work with. i really enjoy this class, and i recommend it to anyone interested in graphic design!!
