Came back to write a review on this professor because he is seriously that unforgettable. Yes, he will put you on the spot. Yes, he will be strict on grading your papers. And yes, there is a ton of reading. But he is really hilarious and makes you learn. You have to be prepared before class lectures, come on guys. This is college, not high school!

I've only been in this class for two weeks and I'm already over it. There's a bunch of reading assignments, it's overwhelming. I also don't like that he puts students out on the spot, it makes me not want to speak in class. I also don't like that during introductions, he constantly asks students MORE questions! Is this 21 questions or what?

Comment:

Professor Lee is a nice guy. He is also hilarious and i think he probably doesn't know it. For the most part, this class is about reading. A lot of readings. Professor Lee tries to make averyone participate in class and it makes the lectures more interesting. Take this class and you will learn alot, but be ready to read!!!

Professor is equipped with a wealth of knowledge. Can be frustrating at times with his expectations. Often not clear. Vacillates. Does not control the class environment. A lot of interruptions from students talking and coming in and out of class.

GREAT PROFESSOR, I ENJOYED HIS CLASS. HE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP IF YOU NEED IT. GIVES EVERYONE A CHANCE TO DO WELL. IT WASNT A HARD CLASS AT ALL.

Not a fan! He is absolutely obsessed with the epic of Gilgamesh and has very revisionist views on history. Multiple group projects with a bad format. lastly he can be rather demeaning if your views differ from his. A stressful and unenjoyable class experience.

Terrible! Thinks his 'World History' class is a 'Historical Literature Analysis' class. Get ready to write tons of research papers and do multiple group projects. No world history here. Thinks he's god's gifts to students, here to bless us all with critical reasoning, and vastly overestimates the worth of his 3 measly units. Stay away!

He is very nice as a person but as a teacher he is tough. There is a lot of reading and for some reason he has a weird obsession with Gilgamesh so be prepared to know about him. Those with social anxiety he makes you introduce yourself in the first day and beware for group projects. Be sure to have the syllabus and you will pass.

Prof. Lee was fantastic, he really knows what hes talking about. Easy class, he is a very nice man, always willing to help and lets you retake test. I learned so much he is very enthusiastic about his subject, he really wants students to learn. I would defiantly take again and recommend; if you don't like history, this class will be boring to you.

Mr Lee is the best thing that has ever came to WLAC when it comes to teaching. Yes, his class is a lot of work, but it leaves with a lifetime of valuable knowledge.If you're not afraid to work hard, I recommend him 100%.

Funny hair style! Very funny man! A lot of reading! He will leave you with knowledge that you will pass on forever and ever. This teacher knows his history. It will be an honor for anyone to take his class.
