Absolutely horrendous professor. Hates people so i have no idea why he teaches. Says rude and mean unnecessary things to students especially international students. No learning in this class, he reads directly out of textbook the entire 3 hours. a monkey could teach me better. waste of my money and time as a student who is there to learn.

He doesn't let us know information about mid-term, final test and presentation like dates. Also, he doesn't like pause when you present or speak and never prepare his class. He doesn't accept any complaints about his lectures way. You should record his lecture cuz ppt or notes is never prepared for students...(not allowed taking pis in his class)

The most unprofessional teacher I have experienced in all my years of post-secondary. His grading criteria is unclear, as he does not provide a syllabus or proper assignment criteria. He is abrasive, & is constantly abusing and berrating international and ESL students. His method of teaching is reading directly from the textbook with little input

i just love him, best teacher ever. he is bit ouldschool but a great teacher one of the best i had. Just pay attention in class be prepared for quiz every week and you will get an A. His courses are really easy only if you pay attention, most interesting person ive ever meet

He's tough, but overall, if you get to know him, he's very helpful is is willing to take the time to help you understand the course. Remember to read before class and ask questions in class, participation counts. Take notes, gotta write fast!

He is sometimes "mean" to students - that's only with those who have problem prepare for class and study. Those who don't like Anton are all not ready for serious study at all, cuz all he wanted is that you read the book and notes, make sure you understood. If you do all he asked and didn't get good marks, there's some REAL problem with you...

All your tests in Anton's class are pop quiz's including your midterm and final exam. You better be ready to participate because he will call you out in front of the class and your english better be pretty good or he won't tolerate it. All projects are to be performed in front of the class and he can be intimidating but hell make sure you learn!

Make sure to do your readings before attending class. His notes are very minimal, he will only write down key terms from the textbook on the overhead projector, so you will have to do your own notes on your own time. I do not like his style of teaching.

Honestly, if you can't get a B or higher in this class there is something wrong. Very easy to understand if you go to class. Also, his life lessons are priceless. Great teacher, anyone who complains is weak. Old school style, best way to learn.

I find the first year class to be more useful in general. The second year class he just repeats his experience stories again. For the 2nd year class he barely used the text book and does not let student finish copying the notes he put up. He will say " Its Common Sense " I thought it was a Hotel Course not a common sense course. Should retire.
