Very boring class, but easy A. She doesn't quite know what she lectures on, so just learn everything online.

She just reads straight off the powerpoints in her lectures, and they are terribly boring. They do not reflect her tests at all. The tests are 50 MC questions, and they are questions that are in depth, and ones that she did not go over in class. She has 4-8 mastering bio assignments due each week. I would not take again

I don't know how people said she was easy - I found her tests to be arbitrary and her questions sometimes seemed to come out of thin air. She's a tough grader on lab reports and post labs and gives confusing resources. I would not recommend taking her.

Overall very easy course, the group reports were time consuming but good practice for writing lab reports in the future. 2 easy exams and easy announced quizzes. Dr. Davidson herself was nice enough, but often misspoke, wasn't 100% clear on background information or procedure and often times the benches were not fully prepared prior to class.

EASIEST LAB YOU'LL TAKE AS BIO MAJ. If you can follow simple instructions that she literally spells out for you, you can get an A. Announced EASY quizzes. 1 midterm 1 final, EASY. 4 tedious group reports but also EASY if you can follow instructions & make an effort. Seriously, take her for this lab. If you complain, switch majors - easiest lab.

Sometimes it's really hard to understand what she wants from you. Yeah she's sweet but when it comes down to your grade she's tough at grading and doesn't quite explain what was lacking. The labs and lab reports are tedious and time consuming. You'll def. be staying overtime in lab. Be prepared.

Unnecessarily Hard Grader, don't take her for lab. Unless you can put in all the work necessary. Too much work for a Lab especially if you are a Biology Major and have to take other time consuming classes

This lab wasn't easy, b/c you could only lose 7pts to get an A. The fastest way to NOT get an A is losing little points on quizzes and labs. She is not an easy grader and is really specific on what she wants in the final lab report. The midterm was hard, but the final was EASY. I've heard ppl prefer osenkowski.

I just LOVED this class. Professor Davidson is one of my favorite professors!!!She is very knowledgable, nice, helpful and cute! No stress in this class ever:) Here are the facts: 2 exams(midterm and final),yeah, some q's are tricky; about 10 labs; 5 quizzes (3-4q's). Tips: do not lose points on quizzes,do the reports by your own! it helps A LOT!!!

Okay, this teacher is NOT easy. You have to work your butt off to get an A. Class has 100 pts an A is a 93 (so you can only lose 7 pts). Easy quizzes, tests are kinda hard/tricky. Labs are long and extensive for just 3 pts each. She is HUGE on plagiarizing labs from your partners -- send out numerous emails reminding us. Ehh, i give her a B overall

Midterm and final are both MULTIPLE CHOICE 30 pts each.5 quizes consist of multiple choice and fill in blanks 2 pts each. Long pre-lab and long procedures. Do not expect to get out early. Take notes on lecture (even on clean up; there were 2-3 questions on it).Look over labs, procedures, and your notes at least twice b4 tests and you will ace lab

She is OK and very helpful lady. She is knowledgeable. She never put her lecture on the blackboard so make sure that you attend every lectures and write down from blackboard. Her exams are OK but work hard to get A. I will give her B grade overall.

If you want an easy A without learning anything, this class (vertebrate physiology lab) is for you. She is probably too old to teach and not very knowledgeable about the subject.

nice lady, tries to help and is always very thorough, sometimes painfully thorough. pre-lab lectures can be upwards of 40 minutes and she likes to say the same things over and over again.

I love this teacher! She's so cute and she really likes what she teaches. There are 2 exams and the are not hard if you take notes on her pre-lab and then briefly read over the procedures. I would take her class again! Easy A! She is always around too if you need help with the write up!

Two tests and labs. Another teacher who would give you chocolate chunk cookies. Very nice and approachable. Boring labs since you do much much more in microbio lab. I never really read for class labs. Studied for the tests the day of, and still somehow managed to get an A-. Can be treated as a blow off class (Note: minimum work needed.)

Whoever from 112 suggested this prof, you must be insane. This woman, talk about BORING. She spends an hour lecturing about the lab when nobody is listening to her. No matter how hard you work on the labs she hardly EVER gives full credit. I studied my butt off for her tests and never got better than a B. Horrible at explaining things. STAY AWAY!

even if you do well on her tests, you must also do well on her labs because even though they are two points each, those points add up. listen and take notes on her pre-lab lectures. very helpful and nice.

She is very helpful at explaining difficult material. A lot of class time is spent on the pre-lab lecture. She has a passion for the subject and does a great job teaching it. I highly recommend her.
