Great teacher, knows his stuff. Most of the math he was teaching I already knew and taking this class frustrated me because we moved along to slow. but then again he was awesome take him and see what I mean. overall he loves teaching. I would definitely take him again for 90 if he teaches it.

He's a really good teacher. He does a lot of rambling and he also treated us as if we are stupid and compared us to his Jr. High kids he taught. If you have the ability to not let that get to you down, I'd say take him. Teacher wise he's great.

GREAT TEACHER! I was horrible in math, but thanks to his teaching technique, I am practically a pro now! lol Honestly he is THE best teacher I have had at MJC. I'm already transferring, and I took his class summer of '10. Thanks to him I got over my fear of math and regretted putting it off for so long. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Two words GREAT TEACHER!!!! He is there for the students and wants you to succeed. Very helpful and and will always go out of his way to make you understand Math! He teaches you different ways to answer a math problem, which in my opinion help a lot! I highly recommend this teacher!!!!

He is really helpful teacher. Tests are easy and he gives a review sheet before each test and he works all problems in class and the tests are similar to review sheet. Homework is online and it?s easy and you can try it as many times as you want until you get them. I really recommend this teacher.

One of the best Math Teachers in the world. Trust me as a student you struggled with this part of Math for a year now, taking it several times, Mr. Manke is the best. If go to his class, listen to his lectures, do the work, YOU will be rewarded. he throws in some humor which is nice to break the ice...I passed with a High B..Just take him. Math 90

Honestly, I don't care what others say: HE IS NOT A GOOD TEACHER!! He talks about stuff that doesn't even have to do with his subject. He wants everything perfect! Even your writing, you can't be sloppy. He's left handed so he covers what he's teaching. He's not even funny when he tells his jokes, repeatedly.

Math is not my subject and never has been. I managed to leave his class with a B after the final, and I actually felt like I learned it. He gets to class a half hour early and is willing to help anyone who asks him. He's corny, but it works with him, and he cares about his students. Definitely recommend him!

Prof. Manke is an amazing professor. I have been struggling with Math 70 for three years now, and FINALLY understood it while taking Manke. He is very clear and helpful. He makes corky jokes to help you remember things, which really does help! Take him!

Mr. Manke was amazing! I'm not the best at math and was unsure about taking this class, but Mr. Manke makes math easy to understand! His practice tests are very similar to the tests, which I loved. Make sure to be in class and do all of the homework too though, because the homework can really hurt or boost your grade. I highly recommend him!

Math is not my subject at all, I hate it. However, Mr. Manke was great. To date the best teacher I have ever had. Everything is clear and he doesn't assume that you already know what he is talking about. He does differnt voices and different little things that really help you remember on the test. The best teacher I have ever had. Thanks Mr. Manke!

The best teacher ever! I had him when I was in Jr. High and for Math 90. I really wish he was teaching stats! I would take any class that he offered! He is one of the smartest people I have ever met! I highly recommend Mr. Manke!!!

Awesome teacher, math is definetly my weakest subject, however don't go into any math 70 class thinking its going to be like high school. It's not, and Mr.Manke shows how its a lot different than high school. He even shows what u will be learning in math 70 and tells the students to answer his problems however they felt like. Amazing teacher! A+!!!

I think he is an awesome teacher. he gives you bonus points if your work is neat. he is easy to follow. he makes math relate to the real world and is very animated. he is funny too. i got an a. just do your homework. its due every two weeks and he will work any problem for you. he is there before class to help to. i definelty reccomend him!
