This lady never gives you a full 10/10. requires a 20hr practicum, discussions, happening assignments. do not recommended. I took this course for the summer a lot of work.

Beware is right! It is a pointless class but one needed for the CDFR major and minor. Tons of guest speakers, projects, and papers. It was hard to know what you were going to be tested on and she is very unorganized. She is a very very sweet lady, but unfortunately this class was awful.

This teacher was not great at all. No matter what I did she was never consistent with her grading. I would ask her for help, and when I did what she stated, my papers would be marked all over still. I would not recommend this teacher

Beware! This as an online course for the summer and is not recommended-UNLESS it is your only class... Several projects for a summer session, major readings, and is very particular about criteria, requirements, and clarity. A class to work in this is not- I repeat not a free ride...You may love children going in, take in the fall to still love 'em.

The class is online.She is not a good teacher at all. It takes her about a week to respond to any email. How does she expect you to do work & get it turned in if you have questions about it. Don't get her for a teacher if you don't have to.I will let you know how my grade turned out at the end of the semester (Fall 07)!

Nice teacher, lots of interactive learning, field trips, lots of extra credit offered. My only complaint is that she gave WAY too many projects for a summer class. Also, the textbook was useless... dont bother buying it. Great class overall

This class is only hard if you don't manage your time wisely, anyone who puts off the portfolio project until the last minute would have a tough time with this class. If you manage time properly this class is a breeze. Her lectures are more like conversations. She is very nice, you'll learn alot!

Tough class,Writing Intensive is an understatement. Nice person, moody at times and snappy at times.Does not go over assignments clearly and gets frustrated with questions.So many assignments they overlap and get overwhelming.

Very nice but very hard on grading. She does give you a chace to redo some things and offers help on activity plans. Be prepared to do a LOT of writing on her tests and to be garded hard
