His assignment policy is obnoxious. If it's late, even by a minute, you get 0%. He refuses to accept late work under any circumstances. He is also very rude about it.

He is funny and very knowledgeable professor. If you are needing SPED 281, I highly recommend to take him at your professor. The lectures are engaging and informative. Most answers for exams are in his powerpoints, and he also allows test corrections. Outside activity and interview is a big part of the class. You cant go wrong with him!

Dr. Witzel is a caring professor who supports his students. However, his tests are tough and there is a lot of outside readings and small assignments to keep up with. If you have problems though, go see him. You will learn so much more in meetings than in a whole class setting.

Easy for the most part. Just word to the wise, dont miss any classtime if you can AT ALL help it. Attendance really affects your grade, even ONE absence. I should have made an A except I missed one class. CRAZY! He's good all around though, I would take him again.

Funny guy (takes some getting used to), but this class is easy and Dr. Witzel is great. He gives you worthy comments to improve you. This class is worth taking even if you're not a SPED major.
