Best professor i have had yet. He is very clear in what he wants and gives so much good feedback that helps in other assignments. He is very kind and genuinely cares about his students. I WISH I could take him over and over again!!

Professor Waddington is one of the most well-known history professors because he is knowledgeable about the subject and has countless experiences and stories from his own studies. He is easily accessible outside of class and is very clear with how he would like the assignments done.

Took this class online Fall 2019 (8 weeks). Professor Waddington is very laid back; you have a short DB post each Wed. and a 2-3 page essay due Fri. Final is a 3-5 pg essay. Book is free and online! He is very understanding and reasonable. I really recommend!!! Thank you Prof. Waddington! You've been the best so far!

I took Professor Waddington's HIST 108 fast track online class. Each week consisted of assignments and papers (1-3 pages) and there was one final exam (3-5 pages). He gives good feedback on papers and assignments. Also, there is no need to purchase a textbook because he offers an online text. I highly recommend this class, super easy!

Easy class, but missing class will hinder your success. No need to buy a book. He gives you the option of using an free online version. He is very good at putting lectures into perspective. Quizzes are easy. There are two essay exams that cover specific topics. Don't rush them. Put some thought into them, and you will get an A. Do the extra credit!

This was a fast track class so get ready to read and type a lot! Prof Waddington is very clear about his expectations and is flexible about his deadlines. But if you keep up on the reading and the assignment due dates, you shouldn't have any issues. And he provides an online text! I highly recommend this professor!

I took Professor Waddington for a winter course and it was great. I thought I was not interested in history, but he completely changed my perspective. He gave amazing and really helpful feedback. He was very active in the class and you could really tell his goal was for us to understand the material.

I loved Professor Waddington! He really cares about his students learning potential & strives to help them achieve beyond the norm. Overall he goes over PowerPoints for about 2 class dates, & the following is quiz day. Midterm (passed with 98%) was easy as well as the final (essay/quiz). Definitely take him, you wont regret it!

Prof. Waddington is a great teacher and you can tell he really loves history and teaching kids. You have to do the homework but he's willing to accept late work and he really communicates well. As long as you do all the assignments, it really is an easy class. One of my favorite teachers.

Waddington's HIST-108 class was by far the most enjoyable course I've taken thus far. His attentiveness, along with his passion for what he does really stood out. His lectures were enjoyable and included everything needed to pass quizzes-word for word. Before quizzes, he always spent time going over information that'd be on the quiz. TAKE HIS CLASS

His class is super easygoing. If you just do the little amount of homework that he gives then you should easily pass with an A or B. There's not very many tests and he always makes sure that the students understand what he's teaching.
