All that was needed to learn anything in the class was to do the reading. Lectures were meaningless. Learned very little in this class. Note taking was extremely difficult as powerpoint was childish clipart. Like a roller coaster, if a question is asked then he is taken off track and has a hard time getting back on track. Always late.

Exams are "on the notes", and majority of thenotes are boisterous, awful clipart images. Doesn't interact with the class at all, is overly expressive, and has a hard time answering questions. Plays really bad clips from 70's religous movies and stop-motion lego films. However, good GPA-booster as there's no final exam and assignments are easy.

Issues in hermeneutics is a great course. Although a tough lecturer the content and perspectives are invaluable. The new mode of thought will shape a willing mind to preform at new levels. simply brilliant!

Very nice man. BUT he spent more time talking about how "women should be pastors" than he did discussing the actual material. (What does "women pastors" have to do with Acts?) He used way too much media (video) instead of teaching as well. I would not recommend this class.

Never makes eye contact. You play a game throughout the semester that makes you feel like you are in high school again. Over use of AV and powerpoint equipment. Get's very flustered when questions are asked.
