I love this man. He is hilarious and a great teacher and actively trying to improve his teaching to make the student experience better. My class happened to be open book and note for tests. He responded quickly and graded quickly. He knows his stuff, brings food for the class at times and shares his own stories. I will miss him.

The teacher is not willing to help students when emailed - mind you, this class was online... Communication is essential. He says certain items are "optional" but gives you zeros that count against your grade.

I took Cannon's online nutrition class. Concept questions and assignments are simple but don't prepare you for post-tests or midterms/finals whatsoever. He is extremely rude in emails and takes a while to respond. I honestly wouldn't recommend this online class to anyone.

Online class: Completely disorganized and unclear. You have to be REALLY self-motivated to piece everything together on your own. Rude in e-mails. "Weekly" structure is a mess and makes no sense. Upside is, if you do figure it out on your own, you can easily get an A. If anything less than 100% self reliant, you'll fail.

This teacher was rediculous when it came to the amount of work you had to do each week for the class (repitive and stupid). His tests were incredibly difficult, attendance was a must otherwise you would lose points towards the class, and his "gradebook" was a hot mess. Even HE didnt know how to read it. AVOID this class. He's boring!

Class is a huge waste of time. I literally never opened the book. The assignments were a complete waste of time and gained nothing. ON THE PLUS SIDE: He looks and talks like cleveland from Family Guy.

I took this class online. He is a complete jerk over emails, if he even responds to your questions. His assignments are disorganized and the links provided are usually broken. Unless you like feeling guilty and stupid for asking your professor questions then don't take this class.

I took the online class and there were always broken links and confusing misspelled assignments he'd have to correct later. The nutrition analysis program used in class is a crude waste of time. He also comes off as very rude and disorganized over email.
