Had great tie and shirt combinations! Professor Miller is awesome, very kind and will answer all questions and make sure people know the concept on the slide before moving on. It is a challenging class but he is great at teaching the subject.

Comment:

His lectures were hard to follow. I ended up pretty much teaching myself everything that I had to learn from the text, which made it 10x more hard. I felt that going to the lectures were a complete waste of time because he was unable to convey/communicate a lot of the information.

Knows a lot about cardiovascular function but does not communicate the information clearly. His lectures include large amounts of information that is poorly presented and not well organized. He seems to jump from concept to concept without much connection.

I thought his lectures were hard to follow because he moves SO QUICKLY through information. Tries to teach concepts - but I'm not sure I ever understood them how he put (or DIDN'T put) the information together. DON'T skip his class - you'll miss out completely!

I really liked Dr. Miller as a lecturer. Also, he encouraged me greatly when I told him I was quitting smoking, and his positive reaction made my day!
