Awesome prof! His notes are pretty empty so go to his lectures and jot down what he says (these are the areas you want to focus on). His explanations are also very clear and he usu. gives real life examples (some of these examples may appear on exams, so take note) and makes the course interesting. For the videos, just get the main gist of it.

A great prof!!! Some say that his accent makes it difficult to understand, but it only comes out on some words and I was never bothered by it. He loves his research on whales and brings it up in the class to make points.

My favourite prof in the bio department. Super nice guy, always happy and smiling, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys teaching and interacting with students. Puts a lot of effort into his lectures. Honestly, if I'm having a bad day (which happens a lot), if I have a class with him I always end up walking out a little more content.

Fantastic man - not always the best prof (read the textbook and you'll learn everything you need to know), but he's genuinely interested in student learning, has really interesting lectures with tons of amazing stories, and is an amazing lab instructor (excellent feedback, really pushes you to develop your ideas and run your own experiements)

Nice guy, but couldnt teach that well. The notes didnt explain a thing! You could learn more just by sitting at home and reading the whole textbook then showing up to class! Such a waste of time!

Richter was awesome. He was very genuine and nice. He always marks fairly. Always smiling! Great prof! Constructive criticism of experiment ideas very helpful -- ie. lions in the zoo don't want to eat you. Hope he gets to stick around at Queen's! ....mysterious accent also adds to lectures.
