I took the class many years ago, and wanted to log on to say that her material and content became even more powerful as I joined the workforce. A day doesn't go by where I don't think of some of her teachings -- e.g., unintended consequences, action and reaction, how to break inertia, and so on.

Going in I thought HROD would be excruciatingly boring, but I actually learned a lot of useful and interesting stuff that applies to all areas of business. Daphne is one of the best profs in Haskayne so take a class with her if you get the chance!

she is a very funny and intresting prof ,she is good but what I hated most was her midterm . The questions were worded in a very confusing way that she had to cancel and change alot of them .Better have someone else write exams or check after her and the course would be good
