Yadav is a great and knowledgable teacher. can be boring and repetitive, UNLESS, you engage and ask questions. He has been teaching for a LONG TIME, so YOU must spark conversation. He is flexible, helpful, and understanding. his class is what you make it. LISTEN to him, he is quite wise.

wanted to offer some new comments. i just took his class this semester, he was late every single day. he was incredibly unclear and repetitive. he even called students ignorant when they answer questions. he may have been good a while ago, but he definitely stopped caring about teaching. very boring.

I took cross cultural communication with Yadav in 1996. I LOVED it!! Easy yet so relevant. This is a GEM of a professor, always looking out for the students interests.

Most boring class evvvvvvvvvver! He is really nice but having a night class with him isnt not a good idea. We rarly get out early, he makes you read for every class then changes the material for the exam, he does give you grading option which is a plus but is very unorganized lectures are not structured at all and material is very repetitive
