I took him this fall2016 & this class was one of the easiest classes I've ever tooken. He is supper passionate. All you have to do is show up on lecture days, record him, and listen to the recordings to study. I got A's in all his tests!! TIP if you wanna get A's type down on word excel the recording, print and study works better when you see it.

Such an amazing Professor. Take the class & get an A. It really is that easy. He shares his experiences all while teaching at the same time. He goes over all the information on review day & literally gives you all the answers, all you have to do is study & remember them. If you get anything less than an B then you are just lazy!

Donovetsky Is A Greattt Professor. He Helped Me 2 Understand Humanities & I Am Now Able 2 Use It Anytime I Discuss Art, History, or Music. I Got A B In The Course. He Tells U Whats On The Exams & U Have 2 Visit A Museum & Musical Concert. I Would Recommend This Course 2 Anyone. Plus I Like His Humor :]

I cannot see why anyone could fail this class .Just come to class and take the notes and study them and you too can pass the class with an "A" like myself. Very good Professor.The class is not hard at all.

Professor Donovetsky is very straight forward and tells you what is expected for the course. He basically makes the class interesting by giving all of the notes and allowing students to ask questions. I did not buy the book, did both essay assignments, did average on all exams, came to every class and still managed to pass Humanities 1 with a "C".

Very knowledgeable. You will remember the musics and paintings forever. Very relaxed tests, will give you the answers to study. This class will not stress you out. Do take!
