I took his fast track Spanish 1 class and It was a very easy class. He is good with communicating with his students. He makes Spanish fun. His test are very clear and easy to understand.... I would recommend him to anyone who wants to pass this class. Take him if you can

Comment:

I was in one of his Hybrid Classes, he made sure to make himself available as much as possible since we would only meet with him once a week. Attendance is part of the grade but you can miss a day or 2. He is very nice, and will not make you feel stupid when correcting you. There is a lot of homework online and quizzes are online. Exams in class.

Professor Duno is so cool and relaxed, he never makes students feel bad when they totally screw up espanol. He has a way of correcting you without ever saying you are wrong. He's super funny too! Tests and homework are easy. Professor Duno teaches culture of Latin America and Spain which is the part most Spanish teachers skip.

Took him for spring 2016 and he is awesome. I took him before in my Spanish 3 and he was a tough grader. He has definitely changed. GREAT teacher. Class is fun! But expect to read you will probably get a C if you don't read. Online homework for sure but it's easy if you read! Seriously easy!

Duno is an excellent professor very smart and knows a lot about different cultures. His tests are easy but make sure to really study and do the Spanish lab and moodle. I would recommend this class I learned more than what I expected.

I honestly have never been so lost in a class. He does not have things very organized online. It took almost 3 weeks to get things situated. And the hw and assignments he assigns is unreal but yet he doesn't grade anything. I had to drop his class because I was scared of failing and lowering my GPA. Also he takes forever to respond to emails.

He is fun and interesting but he lacks control of the class. They tend to get long and boring and he doesn't get a chance to cover everything. Somewhat unorganized, I relied mostly on my own knowledge of the language. His grading system isn't too bad however.

Duno has to be the best professor I have ever had! He is unexpectedly hilarious and knows how to make the class interesting. You have to pay attention or you won't pass because he calls on people a lot to answer questions. He is also very helpful and will stop for assistance whenever it is needed.

don't take this class. it's a waste of time. his grading scale of 100 points is ridiculous. it's as if he gives you $100 and expects you not to spend it. he's very disorganized online and it's hard figure out your grade. once again, don't take this class.

I took his class as a fast track and it was way to fast for me. So unless you have already taken spanish i do not recommend it. He is a very nice guy and wants you to succeed but does require ridiculous amounts of hw. His tests are very fare and as long as you try hard he will give it to you. Also no lab hours no pass, even if the work is done.

His lectures are long & boring. He has 3 exams, 3 presentations, 4 lengthy papers/assignments, 4 dictionaries, DLA's, Lab hours, movie reviews, research, and 1 final; plus HW. Way too much assigned for an intro class of 4 with a lab. He's short fused, not very helpful and refers you to blackboard, but doesnt update it very unorganized, no structure

Wonderful teacher, very clear and concise and wants his students to succeed. Taking this class made me want to continue on to Spanish 3, I just wish he was teaching it this semester. Tests are very straightforward and not terribly hard. Once again, great teacher and very interesting class.
