Dr. Kim has grown on me. When I first met him I assumed he was just a cheery Korean man that was good at singing, but he is so much more! He has a heart of gold and can make you an incredible singer if youre willing to put in the work to get there. He will make you challenge yourself in new ways and inspire you to be greater than you can imagine.

Doc Kim was a funny guy. He totally played favorites and if you weren't headed for a performance career he didn't really care much about what you did. I did learn a lot from him but I think he needs to work on his people skills- we're not all going to be opera singers ya know!

Dr. Kim knows what he is talking about and is a VERY fair teacher. He was always around when someone needed him and expected the most from his students. He is one of the best professors in the music department so we should feel lucky to have him!
