She is a very sweet old lady, she is willing to see your side if you speak with her, she is insightful if you are ready to here the sad reality that exists in our present world. Sometimes her lectures are boring, but if you don't attend class but read the assigned pages and do the reports and tests you can still get an A like I did.

SHE IS BORING. I HATE BEING IN HER CLASS. SHE WOULDN'T CURVE AT ALL, AND GETTING AN A FROM HER CLASS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR SHE MAKES IT SO HARD FOR STUDENTS. THE MIDTERM AND FINAL ARE OPENNOTES, BUT STILL HARD. ITS UP TO YOU, BUT I REGRET BEING IN HER CLASS

She turned 88 this year, literally. Lectures are very boring. Videos are depressing. Exams are pretty easy. If "all of the above" is an option 90% of the time that's the answer. Midterm and final are blue book exams and you can use notes. Make sure you do the reading as assigned cause she'll make you get in groups and talk about it.

she is 80 years old so you cant hear everything she says. she gives you a study guide a week before the test that is identical to the test. even the q's go in the same order. there are a few assignments but she gives you CR as long as you did them. no term paper, which is GREAT. midterm and final are essays and open notes

shes a nice lady and very educated but her lectures ruin yourinterest in sociology and her tests are pretty hard but if u study then u should do fine. whats great though is that she drops your lowest test grade. but otherwise shes okay.

Bad. She's a nice lady and smart, but her class killed my interest in sociology. The subject matter was so interesting, but her boring and confusing lectures ruined it. She lacks enthusiasm in her teaching. Soc majors might like her if they're already familiar with this stuff and enthusiastic themselves, but everyone else will NOT like her!

Really nice and super easy- talk in class, turn in hw (very few, although i never did 'em), study the guide. Her final &midterm are essays, she give you 7 questions and picks 3, and then you choose 2 to write on. Drops you after 3 absences (but she's not that strict about it).

She is the easierst teacher in you will ever have. there are four exams which she gives study guides to , which are identical to the test. you get to drop one test. her midterm and final are open notes. she talks about everyday life situation and what's going on in the world. its a great class.

she is the sweetest teacher i think ive ever come across. everything about her class is easy and she honestly only cares that you care. i got b's on all the tests (because i never wanted to study) but i participated in the discussions so i got an A.

She has been around a while, so she knows her stuff. Underground reeading material. Interesting class, covers contraversial issues. Sex, drugs, and coorporate corruption. No holds barred.I think she is a conflict theorist at heart. Take this class.
