The class consist of 8 quizzes in total and one group project. its an easy A. His quizzes are a mixture of lecture and textbook homework he assigns. If you miss class it doesn't matter as long as you read and do the homework he assign. I know people who only came to three or four lectures and have an A

Might not be the most interesting or entertaining guy but hes got a good sense of humor and teaches well. Class was super easy, weekly quizzes were cake, and the final project was only a little annoying because I suck at Excel.

Professor Chicken is great! Explains concepts well, he's really nice, and he wants students to do well. The class itself is easy and as long as you show up to the lectures and take notes, you'll do great on the quizzes. Quizzes are every Friday (75% of the class with the lowest quiz dropped)and there's one group project that's 25% of your grade.

I have not gone to this class since the first 3 weeks of school (it's now November) and this is the easiest math credit course I have ever taken. If you're not strong at math, TAKE THIS COURSE. Quizzes are a joke just like the class. We haven't even done any statistics. It's a math credit with 0 math. 10/10 recommend. Easiest A out there.

This is a new class so there will probably be many changes. It was incredibly easy and low on the actual math requirements. Chicken is nice and funny, but the lectures are pretty boring. If Jeff is your TA, you're in luck. He's so nice and helpful, everyone went to his office hours. This class is designed for people who aren't interested in stats.

While his class doesn't require attendance, you won't pass if you don't show up. Each quiz has to do with what was taught in class and then done for homework, so if you skip a day you'd better know the material by heart. He answers questions and is clear, but fast paced.

He has a dry sense of humor which is perfect for me. He really knows his stuff and is always willing to help out when students are confused. I've had him in several courses and his tests are predictable if you do the work.

He never actually does a complete example, so you really don't know what to expect on the tests that his TA makes. Tests are really easy if he would do examples in class. A C in his class this semester was a 51, so not much to complain about. Really nice guy.

He is funny and knowledgable one of the best profs i had in fsu so far. In the class there are many people from other majors which makes the level of your co-student low but the topics covered are not trivial tests are super easy if you are a science or engineering related major though

Ignore everything about Professor Chicken being a woman... HE is definitely a MAN. I thought he was a good professor. He knows his statistics, has a good sense of humor, and teaches well. I'd take one of his classes in the future.

I don't know who these people are talking about. This GUY (not woman) is white and he sounds like he's from Nebraska or something. His diction is crystal clear. His class is about as difficult as you'd expect statistics to be and he doesn't make you take the final if you have a good grade. Also, he's not a yeller...quiet dude, actually.

I have no idea who all the other reviewers are talking about but it's not Dr. Chicken. He's a nice guy who is slow and methodical in his lectures and shows every step of the math. His tests are hard but he's generous. He never yelled in my class. He was very relaxed. There is a Dr. She in the department too, maybe the other raters got confused.

i took this class last semester and was suprised to see the ratings. this GUY is not bad, he speaks perfect english and is pretty nice. im not sure who that last persons teacher was but this guy is in fact a guy, overall good teacher, would recomend
