I love Ms. Federinko. She is the best :)Many people that I have talked to have not enjoyed her class. The common characteristic of these people is that they do not participate in the class. She is big on that. As long as you show her that you care about doing well, participate, and show up for class- you will do well.

I was very nervous about taking Mrs. Federinko because I heard that she was a tough teacher and knew that I was horrible at English. I can honestly say that I saw the progress in each one of my papers and that she tried her best to make sure that I understood the concept. Heads up, she hates comma splices and takes off 10 points for every one.

I can understand where some may not think Federinko is the best teacher for them. However, I have enjoyed her class very much. She's very helpful and encouraging. She is a tough grader, but if you keep the comments made on the essay in mind for future essays, you'll do fine.

Ms. Federinko was the hardest english teacher I've ever had. I took her class to better help me with writing, however i ended up having to drop her class because she is a super tough grader!! i actually tried real hard on writing her papers and still received C's and D's on them. Make sure your good with writing in the third person...

Ms. Federinko is a nice person and tells you what she expects out of you on essays, but grading is somewhat harsh. I've made consistent Bs on every essay, including the mid-term and probably the final that I just took yesterday. Just work hard on your papers and keep in mind what she writes on there!
