I took Dr. B for chem I & II. Chem I isn't so bad. Chem II is the hardest course I've ever had to take. She speeds through lectures so be prepared to ask questions if you don't understand. There's so much material and definitely a lot of homework but she gives test reviews prior to every exam and they are not cumulative. Study daily and see tutors.

She moves extremely FAST. Gets an attitude when you ask her question. Test aren't extremely difficult. Mastering Chemistry doesn't correlate with what she's teaching. Attendance does matter. She great at delivering the information she doesn't give you enough time to grasp the concepts before moving on.

Dr. B's class is extremely tough and fast-paced. Many people see her as cold or indifferent toward her students' learning, however I think that she cares very much about the success of her classes; she just has a different personality type. Overall she is a good teacher. Ask questions and follow along with the work and you will do well.

She is a fast lecturer, but her tests are very straightforward. As long as you do the masteringchemistry homework (with tutorials for bonus to make up missed points) and pay attention in lecture, chem should not be hard.

There is no doubt Dr. B is a tough teacher but if you put the work in, there is no doubt you will come out at the end of the course knowing the material. She expects the best from and will accept nothing less. Phenomenal Teacher if you are not afraid to work

Yes Professor does move fast but if you do your readings, homework, study , you will be fine. she knows her stuff and she is an excellenttttt teacher. If you don't understand the material, you can go to her for help. she makes a difficult subject understandable. I loved her. She is the best!!!!!! Test are fair!!!!!!

Teaches at an impossible pace to keep up with, does not explain things very clearly, and expects you to know exactly what she's lecturing about. It's one thing to read the book and notes prior to the lecture, that's reasonable. But it's a different story when it's expected that you know the material almost as well as she does.

Always takes time to help students in need, regardless of whether or not it's chemistry. She helped me with my pre-calc homework once. WARNING: the conceptual parts of her tests are REALLY hard. The math is no problem, but beware of the multiple choice. Also, do every single bit of homework and extra credit. Trust me every bit counts.

This is the clearest Chemistry class I have ever taken. The content is difficult, but she offers organized lectures with frequent review. She is concerned with her teaching, uses best practices, and relates material to prior instruction for a deeper meaning. The class averages are low, but if you study and apply some effort, it is easy to do well.

Her class (CHM 151) is the hardest I have yet to take. Prepare to struggle to even pass this class. It will make you be happy with a mediocre grade. Obnoxious amount of difficult homework. Singles students out. She can be condescending and brush off students questions. She is very intelligent and knows the material that she is teaching very well.

Ridiculous amount of work in a class that never stopped. The entire class had a failing average for most of the year. She does no self monitioring to see if maybe her teaching is ineffective. The great amount of dropouts and no-shows in her class left plenty of room to spread out.
