I don't think Dr. Mcdonald could have possibly made Dynamics any easier than he did this semester. With that said, it doesn't mean that he chose easy problems, he had very clear-cut ways of solving problems so you can tackle any situation. Would take again.

There may never have been a harder working man. His classes seem easy because of the enormouse amout of work he does to prepare. If you are an ME you will take his classes. You could only be more lucky if he is also your advisor. A teacher you will never forget.

You definitely want to take this guy for as many classes as possible. He's somewhat boring, but you do learn a lot in his class... without the undue pressure. If you do the homework and understand it well, then you'll have no problems with the tests, which is the way it's supposed to be.

One word: EASY. Just do the homework (with help from his step by step examples in published notes) and you can't help but learn the stuff. The lecture puts me to sleep everytime, but with the notes, who needs to stay awake anyway??

One of the best Professors at UTC by far! Every aspect about any class he offers is excellent, and you come out of the class not only knowing the material, but you also have a desire to use it and apply it! I try to take every course he offers.
