She's very clear in presenting the material and is open to any questions, willing to go over things again. Just need to pay attention in class, study the notes she gives you, and practice questions and you will do will. She's a really good teacher.

She is a tough professor. I didn't pass her class because I personally needed more help. She is really good with giving information and hard. She gets aggravated when you ask her questions if you do not understand something. If you are going to take her, I would put more time into studying accounting. It is a tough course overall.

Taking her at Salem State. Thought accounting was going to be difficult but she goes step by step really clearly. Her accent is sometimes difficult to understand. She is such a nice lady and would defiantly take her again for another class. If you show up to class and pay attention and answer questions she will like you.didnt really use the book.

Now at Salem State. Very helpful, caring. Really wants students to do well. Allows one page cheat sheet in exams (no journal entries or account names allowed). Goes over homework thoroughly. One of the best profs at Salem State this far. She takes a lot of time to explain things. Took class for lunch to get to know us better. Just a great teacher!!

super nice. Really helpful if you go to her. The exams are not that hard if you read the book and know how to do the problems. Its an accounting class so don't expect to just go to class and know all the stuff. She's one of the best accounting professors at Baruch. TAKE HER..

Students who gave the comments below are just dumb or plain lazy. You don't expect to learn accounting just by going to class, sit your ass there and listen to lectures. Read the f'king book and do the problems. Her midterms are insanely easy compared to other classes, final is a killer ( but still easier than other classes' tho).

Well, honestly, her lectures are boring. and i have to study on my own. She gives two mid terms, one final and one GAAP case. So far, two mid terms werent that hard if you do the study. She gave every group an A on the GAAP case. She is not that bad!

this is one of the worst prof. at baruch. cant teach at all. puts everyone right to sleep as soon as we sit down. always gets off topic and talks about something that has nothing to do with the class. STAY AWAY!

Cant teach that well. Gives HARD AZZ exams and NO CURVES!!!! I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this professor. I have to retake the class this semester. Im taking Cuneo, hopefully he's better than Guo!!!!!! Guo should not teach ACC!!!!!!

Has tendency to move away from the lecture topic and starts to answer a question and talks around 40 minutes about something that noone is intrested except that person who has asked the question. Has favoriets. Punishes for lateness. Exams are not that hard; however, they are different from samples.

Very nice woman, everthing you do in class is what is on the midterms and final. nothing is a surprise. She gives you enough problems in her homeworks and classes that if you are not clear about something, you can basically teach yourself.

I like her. She is very responsible,and always try her best to help students if you ask for help. She also gives a lot of extra-credit that directly goes to your final grades. Do the homework exercise and review sheet, you will get good grade.
